使用Snagit截图，关键是需要选择图片捕捉方案。在图1“方案”项先选中一个捕捉方案，然后点击右下角的“捕捉”按钮即可截取屏幕图片。如果对截图还有什么特殊需求，则可以选择“捕捉”菜单项，以获取丰富的截图功能。

Snagit提供了“录制屏幕视频”方案非常实用，工作中，我把一些常用软件的使用方法通过该功能录制成avi文件在局域网上播放，教会了许多菜鸟级用户。方法如下:点击“其它捕捉方案→录制屏幕视频”，然后用鼠标左键在屏幕上画出个区域，点击弹出窗口中的“开始”按钮，录制你的操作了，最后点击“结束”按钮，一个计算机教学演示片就录制完成。
2、HyperSnap
将图片中的文字提取出来，往往需要OCR软件来帮忙。现在HyperSnap也可以将图片中的文字提取出来，你信么?让我们来体会一下它的“文本捕捉”功能吧。打开需要提取文字的图片，然后按下“ctrl+shift+t”快捷键，相应的文字就会显示在HyperSnap窗口中。
3、红蜻蜓抓图精灵

Snagit和HyperSnap作为老牌截图软件，截图功能方面的表现无疑是非常优秀的，还有其特色功能:Snagit的“录取屏幕视频”和HyperSnap的图片中取出文字给我留下了深刻印象，说明它们不仅截取本职做得到位，而且各有各的绝活。尽管开始上手有点难，但它们已成为专业人员的必备截图工具。俗话说:功能的强大往往是以操作的繁杂为代价。对于一般菜鸟级用户来说，功能太强未必是其最佳的选择。而红蜻蜓抓图精灵简捷的操作界面，虽然其快捷键功能并未对每种截图方案设置单独快捷键，但这并不影响其截图功能，截取菜单功能非常实用，适合菜鸟级用户日常使用。SPX Instant Screen Capture虽然在截图方案上没有先前三款截图软件丰富和多样，但其给截图增加边缘效果、添加批注和水印功能，极大地丰富了截图软件的内涵和作用，非常适合那些不仅仅满足截图效果的时尚一族。
